Modular mobile ground control cockpits

The RealityVISION-pro is a operator immersive multi-display UAS Ground Control Cockpit designed around the UAV pilot. The last generation fighter-cockpit ergonomy was choosen to provide the best flying feeling and will allow civil and military pilots to operate UAVs in a familiar environment. Both fixed-wing and rotary-wing cockpits are covered. For UCAV operations, an optionaly Helmet Mounted Display with Head-Tracker and V-HUD implementation are available for combat tasks in order to provide the best dogfight views.

CamVISION Remote Video Terminal - CVRVT

The CamVISION Remote Video Terminal is a interoperable "plug and play" receive-only, single or multi-camera 19” rack unit with no aircraft control functions that receives and provide real-time full motion video images from the vehicle pilot cameras. Up to 4 real-time video streams gives a 180° view of the vehicle environment. Automatic image stabilisation, picture-in-picture operations are just few of the functions of the CVRVT. The operators video displays ranges form 17” up to 42” monitors. Immersive video projector options, where space is not an issue, are also available. A CamVISION mono or stereoscopic pan-tilt EO and NV or IR pilot camera or multi-camera suite are required to operate the UAS.

Vehicle Control & Information System - VCIS

The VCIS provides all command, control and communication functions, hardware and C2 LOS bidirectional links required to operate the air vehicle and payloads in a 19” rack form factor. Operation of the VCIS occurs through the HOTAS HMI (Human Machine Interface), pedals, MFDs and command and control panels. A central data and mission processor are in charge for flexible automated GPS waypoint mission planning, access to digital terrain elevation data, display moving maps and to display the air vehicle's instrumented flight data on the V-HUD (Virtual-HUD) or on the MFDs. Through the CANaerospace bus the VCIS can also drive custom specific modules or extended vision modules, such synthetic vision, STANAG link gateways and more. The best results would be achieved in combination with A2TECHs DARVIN A3 vehicle avionic suite.

CAN-to-FUTABA Gateway - CFG

The CFG is a gateway that converts up to 16 CANaerospace control ID´s and transforms it into 2x 8 PPM streams compatible and certified for Futaba RC transmitters. This will allow to use standard RC equipement on the vehicles using the RealityVISION Ground Control Cockpit solutions. Each single RC channel are configurable for end points, zero points and more. CAN-to-USB Gateway - CUG

The CUG is a gateway that converts all CANaerospace HOTAS control ID´s into a standard USB joystick with programmable axis and buttons that will allow PC simulation softwares to be controlled through a RealityVISION Ground Control Cockpit. Download the PDF
